Chocolate Pistachio Cake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 Cups granulated sugar, 8 tbsp butter/ 1 stick of butter, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 eggs, 1 1/3 cups Flour, 1/2 cup milk, 2/3 cup cocoa Powder, 1 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp salt, 3/4 cup boiling water, 2/3 cup crushed pistachios
Step 1: Preheat oven to 3500 degrees fahrenheit Grease and Flour 9″ round pan
Step 2: Cream together sugar and butter, add vanilla and eggs and mix until well combined
Step 3: With electric mixer on medium alternate with milk and flour and mix for 2 mins
Step 4: Add cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Step 5: Stir in boiling water and mix until well combined (batter will be thin)
Step 6: Mix in pistachios and put in oven for around 30 mins
