Baking Tips
1: For cakes and cupcakes if you are not sure if they are done poke it with a toothpick and if the toothpick comes out clean it is done.
2: If You are trying a recipe for the first time don’t change anything in the recipe so that you will know if it works or not.
3: Read the entire recipe before you make it.
4: Always measure the ingredients- For example: Don’t replace a tsp with a regular spoon
5: Make sure all your ingredients are room temperature
6: When your cake is in the oven don’t open the oven a lot unless you are checking if it is done
7: Don’t skip any steps in the recipe
8: Taste the batter before you put it in the oven
